Hi! I’m Liberty.

Anyone I know will tell you that I’m definitely dealing with an incurable case of wanderlust.

This all started back in 2011 when I embarked on my first round the world adventure. I travelled through Asia, Australasia, and parts of America and became OBSESSED.

So for my Degree year abroad a year later, I ticked the box on the form that basically said ‘anywhere other than France.’ A few months later I departed for Guadeloupe, a small island in the Caribbean, where I taught English in two high schools.

There followed a month in India, six weeks volunteering in Cambodia, a three-week tour of Thailand, a walk on the great wall of China, a baseball game in America, a lot of time sunbathing in Tahiti, the Plitviče lakes in Croatia, a few weeks backpacking in Spain, a summer au-pairing in France, a festival in Holland, a safari in South Africa, a gondola in Italy, a whistle-stop tour of Puerto Rico, rum in Dominica, a ski-chalet in Austria, Christmas markets in the Czech Republic, a month backpacking in Australia, a six week road trip around New Zealand, a four-day trip to Dubai, a shark dive in Fiji, a manta-ray dive in Indonesia, a mud bath in Turkey, a long weekend to Iceland, a snowmobile in Sweden, 72 hours in Germany, a week in Mauritius, a waffle or two in Belgium, a bicycle tour in Denmark, a husky safari in Finnish Lapland, a weekend skiing in Bulgaria, the Northern Lights in Norway, snow yoga in Switzerland, an increible safari in Botswana, a hectic weekend in Morocco, a custard tart (or two) in Portugal and a fortnight backpacking through Vietnam – I’ve been bitten by the wanderlust bug!

I created this blog to share stories, photos and inspiration on destinations around the world to hopefully inspire you to get out there and do the same. You won’t regret it (promise)!
